Last week I told you about my little secret, laser hair removal on the armpits. Well this week it’s all about DIAMONDS! diamond microdermabrasion is the latest in keeping up your beauty. I got it done with my sister at the same place I get my laser done (Electra Laser). My sister and I went last night and had an awesome time with Lisa. This is something for every girl and boy of any age.

Here’s a video of my sister getting it done. It was painless and felt like a little tiny vacuum being swept across your face. The technician explains exactly what she’s doing during the procedure and it only takes 15 minutes.

Hey guys, I know I talk a lot about fundraising and raising money for amazing foundations. Here’s one of my favorites. The Wheel to Heal is a 10/40/80 KM bike ride (you get to choose what course you take) that raises money for the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation. This Hospital is very important and a crucial resource for the Tri-Cities and it NEEDS your help to get better hospital equipment to help YOU when you need it. If you can’t participate in the ride, could you donate?

If you want to participate but dont have a team, join my team! Click  HERE to join Chelsea’s Team.

Last year I decided that I was going to train for the ride to conquer cancer. I started with Innovatice Fitness in July and have been loving every minute of it ever since. I work out 4 days a week, and spin at Steve Nash on my off days. My trainer Daryl Low has been great with showing me new and fun events that I can get involved with that will challenge me both physically and mentally. The next adventure I’m going to be taking part in is the Sparta Race. Watch the video and I hope you join me. It’s going to be freaking awesome.

Last year I went to Calgary to celebrate Halloween with my girlfriend Niki. We had a blast. I usually have high expectations for Halloween, I spend too much money and am always let down the day after. So this brings me to my plans for this years Halloween celebration.

Im trying to decide if I should go out with my girlfriends, or stay in. I love watching scary movies, so I wouldn’t mind doing that. I also have a 10k run on sunday, so I dont want to be hungover for that.

But then, on the other hand, I am single and I should be going out to meet people and have a good time. But whats the point of meeting someone on Halloween? Especially in Vancouver, because everyone is going to be way over dressed and no one is going to be acting like they would any other night of the week.

I think I pretty much answered my own question, sounds like I’m not going out this year, unless you can help me change my mind.
